Velocity Tools for Hirsch Velocity Technicians

Velocity Tools is an enterprise-class WCS technician suite for Hirsch Velocity access-control work: SQL database discovery and migration support, SNIB2 and SNIB3 device workflows, UDF customization, Match Code building, licensing checks, installer testing, and faster field administration.

Velocity Tools installs to C:\Program Files\WCS\Velocity Tools, creates Desktop and Start Menu shortcuts, and runs in 7-day demo mode until a WCS signed license is issued.

Hirsch Velocity field utilities

Support SQL database migration and discovery, SNIB2/SNIB3 workflows, UDF cleanup, Match Code work, and common access-control administration tasks.

Technician workflow

Download, install, request licensing, validate machine registration, and report field notes from the current build.

WCS support loop

Downloads and licensed-user feedback flow into the WCS software admin reporting view for follow-up and release planning.

Download note

Because Velocity Tools is distributed directly by West Coast Security, your browser or Windows may ask you to confirm the download. Use installers from WCS links only.

Windows or your browser may ask you to confirm the installer until WCS code-signing is added. For security and licensing review, WCS logs installer download attempts, including the server-observed IP address, request time, referrer, and browser/device details that the browser provides. Public websites cannot read your Windows computer name unless software on the computer sends it.

Tester Notes, Feature Requests, and Bug Reports

Use this area to report bugs, request or ask about features, suggest workflow changes, or leave general testing notes. A signed WCS Velocity Tools license is required. The 7-day demo can download and test the app, but it cannot post or view tester notes and requests.

The optional PIN/password protects the saved license key in this browser only. It is not sent to WCS.
