Returns and cancellations.

Clear steps for changing an order, requesting a return, or resolving an incorrect or defective product.

Canceling an Order

Contact WCS as soon as possible with the order number. An order may be canceled without a product return when it has not shipped, been delivered digitally, been activated, been programmed, or entered a non-cancelable manufacturer or special-order process.

If fulfillment has started, WCS will explain whether the order can still be stopped and whether manufacturer, payment, labor, or restocking costs apply.

Standard Physical Product Returns

For a standard stocked physical product, request return authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery. The product must be unused, uninstalled, unprogrammed, complete, in resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and identifying labels.

Do not send a product back without written WCS return authorization and shipping instructions. Approved returns may be subject to manufacturer or restocking charges disclosed before the return is accepted.

Products That Generally Cannot Be Returned

Unless defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law, the following are generally final sale: activated or delivered software licenses; digital downloads; subscriptions already started; customized credentials; encoded, programmed, configured, or modified products; special-order items; opened consumables; completed labor or services; and original shipping charges.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Contact WCS promptly with the order number, product information, photographs when useful, and a description of the issue. WCS will determine the appropriate replacement, repair, manufacturer warranty path, return, or refund based on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is confirmed. WCS initiates the refund after the cancellation is approved or the returned product is received and inspected. Stripe, the card network, and the customer's bank control how quickly the credit appears after WCS submits it.
