Digital delivery and software licenses.

What happens after a WCS software purchase, trial, subscription, or licensed update.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, the WCS Store sends an order confirmation to the customer email provided at checkout. Stripe may send a separate payment receipt. The WCS confirmation identifies the purchased product and provides the applicable order or fulfillment path.

Downloads and Activation

WCS software installers are delivered through controlled download links or the applicable product page. A purchase may also require account verification, device registration, a machine request file, or license activation before all licensed functions are available.

Delivery is considered complete when the download, subscription entitlement, activation information, or license has been made available to the customer email or account associated with the order.

Trials

When a product page offers a trial, the displayed trial period and feature limits apply to that product. A trial does not transfer between separate products or platforms. In particular, SNIB Scout for Windows and SNIB Scout for Android are separate products with separate licensing and purchase channels.

Direct WCS and Google Play Purchases

SNIB Scout for Android may be distributed through Google Play or directly by WCS. Google Play purchases, renewals, cancellations, and platform refunds are managed through Google Play. Direct WCS subscriptions are processed through the WCS Store and Stripe. Both channels use the applicable WCS entitlement and account controls, but one channel does not automatically replace or refund the other.

Licensed Updates

WCS applications may check their public version feed and direct the customer to the current controlled update or product page. A valid license remains associated with the licensed product and machine or account under the product's terms; downloading an eligible update does not require buying the same license again.

Digital Returns and Refunds

Delivered downloads, activated licenses, started subscriptions, and fulfilled digital products are generally final sale except for duplicate charges, an incorrect product supplied by WCS, a verified technical failure WCS cannot resolve, or rights required by law or the purchase platform. Contact WCS before purchasing if platform, operating-system, device, or licensing compatibility is uncertain.
