What we can help with

  • Authorized SNIB2 and SNIB3 discovery on networks you are permitted to service.
  • Board identification, addressing, status review, and selected programming workflows.
  • App behavior, accessibility, usability, and product feedback.
  • Privacy questions and verified account-deletion requests.

Include with a support request

  • The app version and build number shown in SNIB Scout.
  • Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version.
  • A short description of what you expected, what occurred, and the steps that led to it.
  • Whether the device was using Wi-Fi, Ethernet through an adapter, or another authorized network path.
  • Only the screenshots or diagnostic information you choose to share and are authorized to disclose.

Do not send passwords, private keys, payment information, or customer data that WCS has not specifically requested.

Authorized field use

Use SNIB Scout only on boards, systems, credentials, and networks that you own, administer, or are expressly authorized to support. Confirm the board identity, addressing, customer approval, backups, and rollback plan before applying a production change.

SNIB Scout is a professional field tool. It is not an alarm-monitoring service, emergency-response service, or substitute for site safety procedures.
