Submit a verified request to delete your WCS mobile account and associated SNIB Scout for iOS data held by West Coast Security, Inc.

Use the email address associated with your WCS mobile account. We will send a verification link before the request enters the WCS service queue. You will never be asked for your password.

What is deleted

Your WCS mobile account profile used by SNIB Scout for iOS.
Registered devices and app-generated activation identifiers.
Active mobile sessions and account access.
Associated entitlement and license-validation data under WCS control.

What may be retained

Payment, tax, invoice, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records may be retained only as needed for those purposes. Apple maintains its own transaction and subscription records.

Data stored on your device

Deleting your WCS account does not erase data stored only on your iPhone or iPad, including saved jobs, board notes, photos copied into the app, templates, backups, or reports. To remove that local app data, delete SNIB Scout from the device.

Exports you already shared and original images retained in the Photos app are separate. They are not removed when you delete the WCS account or the SNIB Scout app. Device or iCloud backups may retain copies until you remove those backups or they expire under Apple's controls.

Apple subscriptions

Deleting your WCS account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you have one, manage or cancel it separately at Manage Apple subscriptions.
