Sentry Desk DoorBird Intercom Console

Sentry Desk is an enterprise-class Windows desktop app for DoorBird IP video intercoms and Axis network loudspeakers. It turns a computer into a live intercom monitoring station over LAN or WAN/VPN, with visitor video, two-way delivery conversations, remote door release, motion and ring event history, timestamped audio/video recordings, public-address push-to-talk or prerecorded broadcasts, and built-in SIP setup that can push the correct DoorBird call routing to the intercom for you.

DoorBird live intercom workflow

Monitor DoorBird visitor video, answer SIP calls, unlock doors, review motion and ring history, and operate Axis public-address loudspeakers from the same desktop live view.

The setup flow can discover DoorBird units, detect the correct local or VPN workstation address, and push SIP settings to the intercom so the PC receives calls cleanly over LAN or WAN/VPN.

WCS logs installer downloads in the same online software download list used for Velocity Tools and WCS Video Evidence Processor. Browser downloads do not expose a Windows computer name; Sentry Desk license requests should be generated from inside the app so the app can include machine details.

2.7.13 Release Notes

  1. Publishes the current 2.7.13 WCS release MSI with the same .NET 10 self-contained and WiX 5 packaging pattern.
  2. Adds clearer spacing between the Live Axis Loudspeaker button row and the Speaker Level / Mic Level sliders.
  3. Aligns the Speaker Level and Mic Level slider tracks so they appear the same size.
  4. Removes the heavy black slider block behind the Axis gain sliders so the controls blend into the Axis panel like the Desk Ring slider.
  5. Retains the 2.7.12 ordered Axis clip sequence workflow.

Feedback, Feature Requests, and Bug Reports

Paste a signed Sentry Desk license key to unlock feedback. Demo keys can download and evaluate the app, but licensed keys are required to post or view feedback.
