What is included in 1.1.30
- Published the signed 1.1.30 production installer for Windows x64.
- Added a verified working-copy workflow that checks MD5 and SHA-256 integrity before processing and stops if the preserved copy changes.
- Upgraded privacy redaction with true regional Gaussian blur, timed opaque masks, and multiple-mask exports.
- Added processing progress, user cancellation, process-tree termination, and cleanup of incomplete outputs.
- Added output quality checks for expected streams, duration tolerance, and sampled decoding before final hashes are accepted.
- Added package-wide SHA-256 JSON and CSV manifests with verification for missing, changed, or unlisted court-package files.
- Updated media and database dependencies and expanded third-party licensing and build-provenance notices.

Preserve original source files, perform processing on verified working copies, retain an audit trail for derivative outputs, and follow your organization's evidence, privacy, disclosure, and retention requirements.
Enhancement can make existing visual information easier to review; it cannot restore detail that was never captured or guarantee that an output will meet every court, agency, or evidentiary standard. Review the software use and safety notice before use.
