Room Sentry
Portable room protection for travelers, students, schools, and temporary spaces.
Room Sentry turns a Windows laptop into a lightweight room-monitoring system for hotel rooms, dorm rooms, classrooms, libraries, vacation rentals, and temporary work spaces. It captures motion-triggered video, sends email alerts with incident clips while you are away, and can notify you or selected emergency contacts when something needs attention.
For education clients, Classroom and Library profiles add quieter monitoring defaults for authorized school spaces when a teacher, librarian, or staff member needs to step away. Room Sentry also supports panic alert workflows, Do Not Disturb violation warnings, device and network change tracking, and easy clip review or sharing.

Release 1.0.9 opens the main window visibly for normal first-run setup and moves software updates and independent window and system-tray behavior controls to Administration > Application.
Room Sentry keeps the paid-license store path, controlled trial/download flow, signed-license validation, and manual TechServices license request fallback introduced in earlier releases.
The current release is delivered through the WCS software download process so customers can request access, install the current build, and stay aligned with supported Room Sentry releases.
