  1. Targets .NET 10 LTS and includes the Windows desktop runtime with the installer.
  2. Stores settings, license state, demo/update state, error logs, and evidence-signing state under C:\ProgramData\WCS\RoomSentry.
  3. Stores default recordings, evidence packets, vault files, and support bundles under %USERPROFILE%\Documents\WCS\RoomSentry.
  4. Uses the app-generated license request workflow so TechServices receives the needed machine and network details for issuance.
  5. Installs under Program Files as %ProgramFiles%\WCS\RoomSentry.
