Emergency calling
Uses a deliberate, confirmed handoff to place a 911 call through the iPhone or iPad.
Accessible safety and care support
SafeHelp provides large, clear actions for emergencies, falls, trusted-person calls, check-ins, medical information, and help getting home.
Designed natively for iPhone and iPad. The public App Store link will be added here when the listing becomes available.
When something goes wrong, the user should not have to figure out how to use their phone.
Clear actions
SafeHelp is designed for older adults, disabled adults, children with caregiver supervision, people with limited vision or dexterity, and anyone who benefits from exceptionally clear controls.
Uses a deliberate, confirmed handoff to place a 911 call through the iPhone or iPad.
Lets the user report a fall and prepare a help message. SafeHelp does not claim automatic fall detection.
Calls a configured trusted person without requiring the user to navigate a contact list during a stressful moment.
Prepares a clear check-in so a trusted person can know that the user is all right.
Opens directions to a configured home address in Apple Maps and keeps trusted-person help nearby.
Adds current location to a help message only when the user initiates the action and reviews the message.
Keeps optional medical, medication, doctor, and emergency-contact information available on the device.
Provides local medication and check-in reminders controlled through Apple notification settings.
Uses press-and-hold activation to reduce accidental triggering while keeping the siren accessible.
Accessible by design
The interface pairs familiar language with strong visual hierarchy so the user can recognize an action quickly, confirm it, and understand what happens next.
Personal support tools
SafeHelp uses familiar Apple system interfaces for calls, messages, directions, notifications, AirDrop, and sharing. Actions remain visible and intentional.
Optionally store a name and profile, emergency contacts, allergies, medications, medical conditions, doctors and care professionals, a preferred hospital, and important medical notes. Information stays on the device unless the user deliberately shares it through Apple's share interface.
A configured home address can open Apple Maps directions, call a trusted person, or prepare a location-sharing help message. This is an assistance feature, not a substitute for caregiver supervision or emergency services.
Configure doctors, care professionals, and trusted contacts for direct, user-initiated calls and message preparation without exposing an entire contacts database.
